Had my case rescheduled twice. The first time the police officer showed up late. Why did we have to wait for the police officer. The judge got real inpatient at one point because it was around 330ish and she could not get ahold of the attorneys. So when asked if i wanted a trial, pay for defensive driving,or a bond. I said trial, the judge resheduled my court date due to lack of time. Day two i arrived to court on time, my attourney shows and again tells me that the officer has not signed on yet and has not been seen in court. Again why must we wait on the officer. Long story short the officer finally shows late as usual. And i get the option of taking defensive driving because the attourney said he did not want to drop the charges. So i had no choice but to spend the $150 out of pocket plus have to take a defensive class. So i am puzzle on why i could not get a right for a speedy trial due to a tardy police officer. Why did we wait for that officer to show up. Next time i am getting a more agressive law firm.

What an awesome experience we had. My husband and I had been struggling with the state trying to reinstate his license from when he was younger.We had try for 4 months to gather everything the state needed but always came up short. I advise my husband to hire a lawyer. from the moment we sat down I knew we were in the right place. The knowledge the paralegal had was phenomenon! The confidence she had was awesome . She knew what people to contact and got everything done for us in less then 2 hours. It was a relief to know my husband was getting his license soon . I definitely will be using this lawyer in our future. !

So glad I hired this law firm after getting a speeding ticket. They were very professional. When I first called, Michelle explained everything that would happen in detail. She then sent me an email containing everything I needed to know. The firm kept me updated on getting my court date changed and sent me a reminder a week in advance. My time was at 8 a.m and I was dismissed right after the docket call and was walking out of there at 8:45. I definitely recommend them.
