Being a Realtor you always get pushed in a certain direction by your broker and Keller Williams has always pushed us to use their own Title company because the owner owns it. But I slowly realized they didn’t care as much about customer service because they knew they were getting the business from Keller Williams regardless.  Either way I kinda stumbled upon Artesian when I represented a buyer that was purchasing a home with them as the title company.  And I absolutely fell in love with Caroline and her team.  They were on top of everything every step of the way.   I got updates as each step progressed, I got communication throughout the whole process and more importantly they were telling me about things before I told them.  Which was a pleasant surprise.  Usually its the complete other way around.  I like being told that the estoppel was ordered or that the tittle commitment came back and what was on it and how they were fixing it.   I usually work with Caroline and Kendra but their whole team always makes me feel like I don’t need to worry about anything.  I also love that they come to us to close, and don’t get me wrong their office is amazing.  But my clients love the convenience of not having to leave their jobs.  I also like when they do come to us the person is in a suit and tie and its someone that can actually explain every one of the pages.  Last time they had Bob bankers come and we LOVE him….and he explained every page and my clients were happy.   Either way my point is this…if your looking for a Title Company in Orlando to handle a closing, do it professionally, do it right and are very detailed oriented I would highly recommend Caroline and her team at Artesian Title.

When buying a home it can get very stressful, but also can be rewarding. When going into this process you want to get the best deal you can and get your moneys worth. Everyone is trying to make money and there are too many scams today to not use a title company. Artesian Title is in a great location in Orlando, Fl. It is all locally owned and they will take care of you. Local businesses are what we are missing today and these guys are doing it right. They go the extra mile in taking care of you to make sure your paying exactly what you think you are. A concierge service at its finest, making it the celebration it really is. I would recommend Vicky and her team at Artesian Title to anyone selling a home in Orlando! Truly a great experience!

I happened to come across Artesian title company when I was recently looking to buy my first home. I was super nervous but Vicky made me feel comfortable in assuring me everything would be taken care of. All outstanding issues were resolved before my closing and I was free to relax and enjoy the fact that I was buying my first home. Their customer service and genuine care for their clients is above and beyond. I would highly recommend visiting Rick and Vicky at the Orlando, FL office if you are buying a home. Being in real estate, it was awesome to find a company that took over the process from me once I expected a contract. "We promise to close you" is their motto and you can really see that thru action. When it comes to closing deals they do everything possible to get it done.. Vicky and her team are amazing. Anyone looking for escrow or title work in the Orlando, FL area I would definitely suggest Artesian Title. They also celebrate every closing with food and wine. I thought that was awesome!
