wished i could post the photo they put a sticker on my truck tellme it’s going to be towed that i’m in a no parking zone and 24 hour visitors parking and that My vehicle is abandoned ok first it’s not marked no parking (my truck been parked there in same spot for 2 months i drive a company van everyday) 2nd how can it be no parking if it’s visitors park and why are visitors parking in a gated area ? my truck is not broke down no flat tires got Insurance and the sticker is up-to-date and i live there for 5 years now the maintenance people see me every day !! even my company work van got broke in 2 times at this Condo parking lot that the so called Manager still has not called me back from last month i’m going to leave it parked right where it is and take many photos i’ll post on here and let everyone know the outcome and see how much money i’m going to sue them for

Who is writing these reviews, a lot of TENANTS? I am an owner. A LOT of owners I know have never had a problem with Randall Management for a long time now. There is a proper channel.. FILL OUT A WORK ORDER for service. They have done about 4 for us with perfect results. They might send out collection notices when there is an issue against the by-laws. But, that money does NOT go to them. It goes to the OWNERS.. the HOA bank account that is controlled by the Board. Tenants pick their owners. Owners pick their Board. The Board picks the property management, so that the property does not go downhill in terms of maintenance, looks, & accounting. The owner may write a letter to the Board contesting a charge.. that is the proper channel for waiving a charge.

The staff is incompetent (it took four calls to get my parking space number), the property manager is non-existent (never have reached him by phone nor has he returned my calls), slab is cracked and nothing is being done, roofs from Ike are still not repaired after one year, paint is flaking on the exterior ( opps, I forgot, you have to repair the rotten flashing before you can paint, again not done), there are roving bands of children without parents doing drugs and having sex in the vacant units. For all of this, we pay higher than average association fees. I guess it is time to stop complaining and call for an audit and a class action suit. Do not buy a unit where they are the managers, this may happen to your complex!!!

It appears that we have a very high number of dissatisfied people here. Although I am new here I can validate rudeness. Some people are not ready for power. Angela may have done a lot for the property as she can only state her people skills like most of the people on the Board as well as Randall Management. These people lack professionalism and we the people can do something about it and should. We should not be charged the highest HOA fees in town and receive the worse service in town. There are agencies in Texas that can assist us with this task, even complete an investigation. We should all make an effort to attend the next meeting.

Absolutely do not use these people. They are only good at collecting money and raising prices every year. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. If any problems come up, they will do anything possible to not fix them. I lived in a condo "managed" by them and there were several big problems over the years and there was just never anyone at this office who would actually take a phone call. The only thing that worked for me was bringing up how they were violating Texas law. If you live in one of their properties, get very familiar with TUCA. The threat of legal action is the only thing I found that will get them to do their jobs.

This is a vile company & company inept at their jobs. I understand there are many moving pieces in managing properties, which is why you should hire competent, organized professionals to ensure your clients needs are being met. They are absurdly poor communicators, lack any expertise in handling emergencies or issues, & completely fall apart over the most minor requests. Please seek property management from a reputable company, which this most assuredly is not.

I called this accompany about 2 years ago, inquiring about condos for sale in some of the properties that they manage. I left several messages and actually talked to the owner of the company. he said his son handles that and he will relay my messages(I had already left messages for his son, with the secretary and on his voicemail). guess what? I still have not received a call back.

These guys send people to your house wearing dirty shoes. We asked then politely to cover up or wear booties, they are non responsive in cases like flooding in your property. I wish we could give them 0 starts, absolutely the worse. Am not renting with these people or living in a property managed by them ever again.

The repair guy did not show up after we made appointment and waited at home. This is not one incidence but three!!! The lady in charge of repair/working order is terribly rude and unprofessional. And if you want to complaint? Wait...Randall does not have a single person in charge of customer complaint....

Staff is run by hostile and mean Hispanic employees and they ignore calls for repair and always threatening owners by imposing fines on them and they are hungry to collect the fine.One of HOA members is Hispanic and that should explains everything.
