Facing Bankruptcy, is extremely devastating embarassing situation. In my case suddenly i became a widow, i lost my house to foreclosure, I also lost my job. I became very ill with depression. At Geraci Law i found a staff that are willing to listen. I liked the attention, the caring, and all the effort that the staff, put in my case. I was depress, and frustrated when i got to Geraci law office, in Oakpark. I was taken care right away, I was amazed, how the staff received me in a very positive manner, respectful, gave me new hopes ,very energetic staff, they are very helpful. I was just coming from from another attorney, who tried to file bankruptcy for me, chapter 13, and it failed. I waisted my time, i lost hopes, and also lost money... Now , i feel safe, and very happy to have taken my case to Geraci Law, they are the most caring team, with very positive energy, love to help people, and most of all, they are the expertise !

This was a daunting decision to make that lasted several months in indecision ruminating over the whole process and whether this was the right thing to do or not. Once my decision was final, I walked into Geraci Law at North Ave in Oak Park. This is where I was fortunate enough to meet with Nicolas Tepeli who walked me thru the process with ease and preciseness. The initial meeting took about 30min or so and I left the office with a sigh of relief that I would be able to remove a substantial amount of debt that kept me in financial bondage. During the process, their was some concerns that surfaced that Nicholas was able to address and I was glad that I was met with the same consistency as the initial meeting. I would definitely recommend Geraci Law for anyone considering to break the shackles of surmounted debt into a new opportunity of a fresh start!
