My husband and I were involved in a car accident and we went to see John Zaid. Both of us were injured and he was very helpful in guiding us throughout our cases. This was our first experience with a lawyer but we now feel like he is a close friend. John Zaid was patient, professional and made the effort to explain every aspect of our case including the complicated insurance process. Best Injury Lawyer in town! John K. Zaid & Associates, PLLC is the best personal injury lawyer I chosen. He is prompt, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills with his clients. His team goes to great lengths to make sure their clients are satisfied with all aspects of the case. For example, if clients ever have questions during their case he responds to you in a timely manner, and helps his clients understand the entire case process. I highly recommend this lawyer especially if it’s your first time is a car accident. I appreciate John K. Zaid for everything and I would definitely work with him again!

Having had two major accidents in the last 10 years and having a famous law firm in the first accident who did not even come close to the professional services and support during this critical time provided by the Zaid firm especially Joe Zaid who worked the details including visiting in the hospital, I would strongly suggest that if your looking for firm that looks out for the client and treats the client as the true victim this is the firm.
