These are straight up bill collectors and they are a scam! They cull old, old, old records then send you impressive looking letters stating you owe fines and such from various states (which is not true). the citation number they used was bogus, the city was bogus and had not record of any such citation number which always start with a year (12XXXXX for 2012 etc). ALWAYS research what you are paying! These toll fines, traffic citations etc. are all public record and anyone can cull them off the internet for free! Dont fall for it!

I agree with reviews of employees/collectors rude & unprofessional! I am a collector myself & would not speak to any of our customers the way Linebarger does! They sound ghetto, from the hood to be exact, & just plan rude. Not everyone that owes you money are bad ppl, maybe just hit a rough spot in life. I was there but no one deserves to be treated or spoke to the way your ppl do. Sucks that Harris county tax assessor-collectors had to use them..

HA! Nice try! Pay attention people, we live in the age of information. Never pay anything without doing research first. The impressive letterhead and phone representatives with actual human names like "Geena" will have you thinking you are dealing with a reputable law firm, Alas, you are not. In fact, you are dealing with the human equivalent for mold. You and everything you stand for is deplorable.

What a bunch of crooks. They want to collect $50 from me for running a toll booth. They admit that I had on open, active, and current account with TxTag at the time. I told them I will see you in court if think you think you can collect it. They are still trying to intimidate me into paying.
