I would like to start my review off by explaining how I got in contact with this respectful law firm. I had another lawyer hired to do my i130 and i485 however, at the last minute I just felt that she was not good enough as she had doubts herself. Therefore I fired her and starting looking for another lawyer and I found this review about the Law offices of Misbah Chaudry. I took a leap of faith and from our first call together, Mrs. Misbah knew exactly what was asked for my case and told me I should get my green card in approx 3-4 months. I hired her and we started with our papers, Laura her assistant helped tremendously with explaining what was needed and kept us always updated. Our papers were sent on the 17th of July, and I successfully got my greencard a week ago. This whole process took us exactly 2 months and 1 week with no problems whatsoever. I and my husband are extremely thrilled and would definitely recommend Mrs Misbah Lawfirm to everyone. I already have recommended her office to a relative because I trust that Mrs Misbah Law office will succeed in their immigration paperwork. I will start with a statement that i m completely satisfied with the services provided by the Misbah Law Office. Some of the lawyers in town advised me not to apply in certain category because of their limited knowledge even I had all the required knowledge and experience to apply under certain Visa Type. But when i talked to Misbah, She reviewed my case and advised me to apply in the same category where other consultants were forbidding me to apply. She has up-to-date knowledge and professional experience in her field. She will give best and honest suggestions. During the whole process time she were always there to answer my questions. Like a review previously stated, this is a place where money comes above everything. I’ve had a terrible experiencing dealing with this office since Tazeen, the lawyer who would originally contact me regarding my case, left. Chaudhry had since started communicating us but she is horribly rude. I have requested information regarding my case, general questions ... in return I have received rude responses that lack any answer. In addition, as an immigration lawyer you’d think she’d have sympathy with ones situation, but no. With her I’ve gone as far as to receive racist remarks. As soon as I get a decision back from immigration I will be ending my current case with here. Soon enough she’ll be replying to this stating she is unable to find my name in here database. Total disgrace of an attorney.
