On November 17, a representative for Paradise Exteriors arrived on time for the appointment and provided an excellent presentation of your replacement window products. The products met or exceeded our every requirement. We were sold. We agreed on a projected install date which allowed for the holidays, permitting requirements, and window production. We were kept informed over the next two months when the fabrication was started, permits were completed, and when fabrication was completed. The fabrication was completed on time and the installation was scheduled a week later. The installation crew arrived February 3, right on schedule, and initiated the work immediately. The crew of seven were divided into three teams, each well versed in their particular duties, and proceeded in an orderly and efficient manner around the house. In a matter of hours all of the windows were installed, the old window debris was removed, and the work areas cleaned up. The newly installed windows are sturdy, work smoothly, and look great. The entire project has been well organized, professionally executed, and efficiently coordinated. We are very impressed with Paradise Exteriors and appreciate their completing our window replacement project.

We found Paradise Exteriors on the internet. We requested an in-home product demonstration & price. The representative came out and educated us much more professionally & informatively than the other companies we saw & spoke to. Excellent company. Very professional. The explanation of Mr. James Zirin was exceptional, at the point that convinced me of using Paradise Exteriors to do the job. From the begining they kept me informed throughout the entire process. From permit arrival, to the manufacturing of the windows fresh from the factory for my exact openings to the scheduling of the installation. They accomodated me according to my requests & everything with courtesy & professionalism. The installation ran smoothly & I noticed that the workers treated eachother with great respect & good manners. Every time the lead worker asked for a tool, or a piece, he did it with courtesy saying, "Please" & "Thankyou" You can really appreciate a well-trained crew of this caliber & professionalism. Salesman arrived on time for the appointment and was a fantastic sales person. I was pretty tied on time and hoping to have a quote after a 20-30 minute meeting but instead, I had to seat down for a 2+ hour talk. The sales pitch was absolutely endless. As many others said, I was given a ridiculous price and then offered a special dial in exchange for putting down a deposit that day and posting positive review online. When I said I would not be putting down a deposit and would need time to make a decision on a an investment that was over $12,000, the sales person got very upset and his demeanor completely changed. I thank him for the time and ask for the quote so that I could consider and the response was "if you want to thank me, you should be putting down a deposit today" he refused to provide me with a quote and said it is not their business practice to do so, that I should just right down the "warranty 1 year price" myself which was double the amount any other company quoted me. A company willing to only do business if you put down a $5,000 without providing time to do your own due diligence is to me a clear scam.

The facility was very good window type are very strong, the area of ​​plaster came damaged a person and fixed the day of the inspection was a person checking everything before inspection for me that is very important in general all They were involved in the work they did with professionalism I recommend them and hire them for my next job.

Had a great experience with Paradise Exteriors. Their staff is always keeping you updated and informed along the way. Every ten days I received a phone call on where they were. Great customer service team. The sales rep Danny Sellers was very knowledgeable and professional. Was very impressed with the presentation. Decided to purchase from them after speaking with 3 other companies. Got the best price from them and felt that they had the best overall service available in addition to price. Bought 6 vinyl windows and 1 sliding glass door in vinyl as well. I noticed a big difference in how much quieter it is inside my house now. I no longer hear noises outside. My house is now insulated and no heat is entering my home. Saving money on my FPL bill now. And they look so much better! They are beautiful! I am very happy with the windows and the service provided to me and would HIGHLY recommend Paradise Exteriors to everybody in the market for new windows or doors! They treat you like family!

Found Paradise Exteriors on google. Rep Bill Sabarese came out to see us and we were very impressed with him, the product, the company, and the installation. We spoke with 5 other companies and there was no comparison. Paradise was the best hands down. We had 2 condos done with energy-efficient impact windows with them. They are so much quieter and safer than our old single pane aluminum windows. We no longer hear the noise from the road. Also saving significantly on my FPL bill and have peace of mind as far as security, storms, and any warranty issues should there be any in the future. Regarding security, we recently had a break-in. However, they were UNABLE to get in through the impact windows from Paradise Exteriors and went to an old, side hinged door and broke the knob to get in. I should have bought an impact, hinged door from them as well. I plan on doing that and more windows in the future with Paradise. Highly recommend them and will spread the word about them in the building.

I scheduled an in-home consultation about a week ago over the phone. They were very adamant about both myself and my wife being home at the time of the consultation I expressed several times that it is not possible for both me and my wife to be here due to the line of work we are in. They then said they understood and scheduled my appointment. On the day of the appointment I received a phone call at 1130 from who I am assuming to be the sales rep to confirm it which I then said yes I would be home. I planned my entire day around this consultation. Long story short they pretty much refused to come out due to the fact that my wife would not be home. after several minutes I explained that it was not possible. Time is something we cannot replace I planned my day around this and for them to call me two and a half hours before my appointment for them to say they are not coming when I had already explained to them it was only going to be me at home? I do not take lightly to.

Tim and Jeff did a great job leading a team of 6 men to replace 13 old and worn out windows with Soft-Lite impact windows as well as install 3 impact doors to my house in one business day. They door knobs on the door were incorrect (hinge) and they went to Home Depot to get the correct ones to install. They explained how to operate the windows and used smart key technology to make the key to my old locks, open the door of all 3 new locks. Lastly, they scheduled someone to apply stucco on the outer portion of the windows and doors to put the last touches on beautifying my wife and I newly purchased home. We are thoroughly satisfied with final product and recommend anyone looking to save on their electric bill and homeowners insurance to use Soft-Lite Impact Windows & Doors that is exclusively installed by Paradise Exteriors. Our daughter had her windows installed with Paradise Exteriors a few years ago and we saw how good of a job they did so now it was our turn cuz we needed new windows too. After scheduling an appointment and after hearing from one of their sales reps, Seyed, we were completely sold on the company, their amazing window, and the price was very reasonable. The installation was quick and painless. Only took them 5 hours to install 7 windows and they cleaned up after themselves. Our home is now energy efficient. We noticed our airconditioning system is not having to work as hard or as often. We no longer hear the traffic on the road in front of our house like we used to. They look so much better as well. At the end of the year we will need to replace more doors and we will definitely have Paradise Exteriors do that project as well. We are very pleased. Thankyou Paradise!

Paradise offers the best quality products when it comes to impact windows and doors. They have a great group of professionals working there. Lenny, the salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products, the overall process and answered all our questions. Got a great price and the financing they offer made it much easier for us. Our home is now energy-efficient, quieter, more secure against possible break-ins, and also protected from hurricanes of all categories. We were informed every 10 days by their office about our order. They have great customer service as well. Our project passed inspection without any issues. We had ordered much needed new windows for our home. Our current windows were out dated and certainly not energy efficient. Not only were we impressed by the presentation and quality of their products but also the installation. The installers came on time (matter of fact a little earlier than expected). I noticed they worked as a team, but most importantly, they obviously love their job. They were energetic and proceeded as if they have been doing this for a lifetime. After speaking with the knowledgeable & professional sales rep, James I decided to go with them because of the great price, the great quality of the 11 windows I purchased, the fact that they take care of the permit, the association approval process, have their own master craftsmen installers, & includes city inspection and a long warranty. Heard about Paradise Exteriors in Palm Beach Gardens magazine. Decided to make an appointment to get a price. Met one of their sales reps, Danny Sellers. He was very knowledgeable about the windows. Had installation experience so we really believed in him and the company. We used to have jallasee aluminum windows and these new pure virgin vinyl windows are a HUGE improvement. We have 5 dogs and used to always hear them barking outside and no longer do. Much quieter. Our house is so much cooler now too. No more dust issues either. And we feel so much safer during storms. Palm Beach Fine Cleaning

Bought the house 3 years ago and no need to change the windows. Then new hurricane season came upon us and I checked out some windows and after we interviewed 6 companies, we met Bill Sabarese from Paradise Exteriors and the way he talked to us was very nice and not pushy like the other salesmen from other companies and from that moment all the way to the Installation we were always informed & updated from the courteous customer service people in their office.
