Happy Heart Harmony

This has been a couple of months full of plumbing issues. I had to have a water tank, new kitchen faucet, drain snaked twice, and now a new water softner. Thanks to the universe for All American Plumbing and their team of great employees. Art, Jose and Elias have been here so much, I think if them as relatives. They come with professionalism, knowledge, objectivity, plus as an added bonus you get smiles and a bit of humor to brighten the day. As one knows, plumbing is very expensive, but with this company, you get the service promised and unmeasured reliability. When the job is completed your property is left in impeccable condition. There is never any mess to clean up. Upon completion, I received all the pertinent information about the new installations , warranty, and care instructions. I am a happy customer. Michael was great. I had a repair done in my old old hot water heater, at which time he advised that the repair may help but it likely needed to be replaced. At the time I opted for the repair which did work for about a month. When it quit working again and needed to be replaced, they honored their statement which was that the repair fees would be waved upon purchase and installment of a new hot water heater when needed. I called and searched around for option (Loews, Home Depot, etc.) and All American Plumbing was able to provide the quickest service, superior product, and fair price. They were able to get it done in a timely manner and with a good warranty. I also live in Turlock, an hour away for their home base. Would recommend them for sure.

All American saved the day! Our air conditioner went out yesterday and it was a blazing 86 degrees in our home last night, tough to sleep in! This morning at 9:00 a.m. All American sent out their service technicians Leo and Alex and they were awesome. They were very friendly and professional and did an excellent job getting our air conditioner working again in a matter of minutes! They explained what the problem was and made sure we were completely happy/ satisfied with their work . Thanks again guys I truly appreciated your help.

A bit pricey when you have to choose between a new water heater or fixing the broken one – I think they could do better with their pricing when customers are confronted with this predicament.
