Lynne and Bob want to express our complete satisfaction with the handling and execution of our VA loan refi. Brighton Truax was extremely efficient in understanding and offering us the best mortgage product for our situation and then went out of his way to stay on top of rapidly changing interest rates to ensure that we locked in the best terms for our mortgage. Kelly Markham was exceptional at communication throughout the entire process, and there were no corrections that needed to be made with any closing docs. That is a problem we have always had with other closings. We would recommend Prime Choice for anyone in the mortgage market and will specifically seek out these 2 individuals for future refis if they are available.

From the beginning it was a mess. All the information we received was a lie. It was an extremely long process it took 2 months to complete refI. The gentleman we worked with always told us one thing then last minute it would be something else. We were promised a $1500 check which was an escrow overage but when we received it it actually was significantly lower. I do not recommend this company..Please save your sanity and look else where..
