The entire process, from my very first meeting with Lisa, all the way through to signing, was pleasant and very easy! I had a lot of concerns, and worries, when I was finally ready to buy my first home. My biggest worry was getting deep into the process, excited about the home that took me a year to find, then being told I was denied. Lisa and Will explained the processes very well to me and assured me that if everything I provided them with was accurate, that I would have no problem with my loan. Throughout the loan process, I provided them with the information they requested, and that was all I had to do. I received weekly phone calls with updates about the loan, appraisal, and what my next steps would be. Everything went through without a single hiccup. I am now a homeowner for the first time in my life and it is truly a unique feeling. My agent, Regan Middleton-Mooreland, recommended Summit Funding to me after I had already gotten a pre-appoval from a different lender. I am happy that I followed her advice, as they were able to give me about $25,000 more buying power than the other lender. I would recommend the entire team that helped me to ANY of my friends or family! Thank you again to the entire team at Summit Funding!!!

Without LaVassaur team, I probably lose the house that I want. At first, I tried to get a loan from one bank. They are quite conservative and require so many documents. I did everything, they asked me to do. I have to extend my closing date twice, luckily my seller still waited for my loan to approve. Then my realtor suggested Summit funding and we start the documents on the 1st of September, my target closing date is September 22nd. I got final approved from Summit funding on September 19. I finally got the house and start to move in now. Thank you every much for making things happen to me. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to get the closing date on time or earlier. :)

I recently got my loan with summit and dealt with robyn lavassuer. We submitted our loan around the 1st of the month and had the loan completed and funded within 2 weeks or so. We are amazed at the customer service and support that we recieved. This was our first home and we could not be happier.
