Edgar worked hard and in a timely manner to help me reach a 30 day close for my Home Loan. He also was able to work with me to bring down my closing costs by doing a 80/10/10 loan structure which really freed up my cash for my home improvement budget. Even though I peppered him with many, MANY questions almost daily, he showed a positive, and friendly attitude through a somewhat painful approval process. Edgar was the reason we ended switching all of our household accounts to US Bank. Great working with him and we would work with him again any time!

Edgar Frias is an excellent loan officer, specializing in home purchase financing. He is extremely knowledgeable, responsive and really makes you feel like he cares about you and your transaction. I had a wonderful experience with Edgar and US Bank on a recent purchase in Chino Hills. It was about as smooth and seamless as it could have been.
