A big hail storm had damaged the window frames on my house and I had worked with my insurance company to come to an agreed amount on the claim and to begin the repair work. Unfortunately, I experienced a big follow through problem with my first contractor (not Perfect Exteriors) and was nearing an insurance deadline for completion of the work. My project required the contractor to move quickly to meet the insurance company’s deadline. So, I sought out a new contractor and considered only AAA rated companies from Better Business Bureau. After interviewing three very impressive contractors, I chose to work with Tyler Arrell from Perfect Exteriors, primarily because the company’s great reputation but also because of Tyler’s specific expertise in insurance claim adjustment and working with insurance companies. Perfect Exteriors and Tyler did a fantastic job. Due to Tyler’s expertise in insurance claims he quickly and effectively worked with my insurance company’s representative and ultimately managed to dramatically increase the amount of the claim resulting in the replacement of every window in my house. Without his knowledge and skill in working with my insurance company we would not have enjoyed this great result. In addition to maximizing our claim, Perfect Exteriors’ window crew did a great job on the actual finishing and installing of the new windows. The crew was very professional. They custom matched the stains for the new windows with the existing woodwork in our home and expertly installed and trimmed the new windows. They were also extremely courteous with us during the installation by working every day of the project to minimize the inevitable mess and disruption during the installation. Tyler constantly checked in during the installation to be sure all was going well. As a result of our experience with Perfect Exteriors of Minnesota, I highly recommend them as an extremely professional and effective contractor.

Perfect Exteriors was very professional and easy to talk with when we got our free evaluation and estimate. They were great to work with and came out when our insurance adjustor was here to inspect the damage to our roof. Perfect Exteriors was great at all the documentation necessary for both our insurance company and our mortgage company and city permitting and made sure all the required paperwork and documentation was done timely and appropriately. The day of the tear off of the old roof and installation of the new roof went amazingly well. They also did a fantastic job of cleaning up debris. There was a small area where some trim work got damaged above the garage during the tear off and they were very willing and went the extra mile to replace the trim with a better product and went to get matching paint and painted the new trim as well. Perfect Exteriors was always very friendly and positive to work with, excellent at customer service and I feel like we got an excellent new roof that will last long and looks great with an exceptional warranty. I would recommend Perfect Exteriors to family, friends without any reservations. I would definitely do business with them again. They really were great to work with.

The order was for 3 Windows. Great initial sales pitch, in which they wrote in my contract 5-7 weeks to complete the job. It is now going on 10 weeks, with them telling me it is going to be another 3 to 4 weeks. It was even worse because i had to keep contacting them to get updates after 8 weeks had passed with no communication from them. I hope the product is worth the wait... The window looks beautiful and is of very good quality. The installation process was quick and professional, with the installer coming out to tweak minor things to my satisfaction. I was very pleased with the gentlemen who came out and did the final walkthrough. Overall, good product, good installers, but communication could be improved.

We were selling our house and noticed a dark spot in the attic of our roof. We needed to get it fixed and it needed to be done fast. We called Perfect Exteriors of MN in Monticello and were glad we did. Since this was a small job we thought they would be less inclined to jump on it, but we were dead wrong. They had someone out there the very next day to look at it and had it fixed within a couple days. The craftsmanship was very good, they left no mess and the overall experience was very painless, everything just went smooth. Great Job Perfect Exteriors!

He was always available through the entire process. We had our roof installed in a day with cleanup completed the following morning. Tyler and his terrific crew did a great job replacing an old (3 layers of shingles) roof on my home. This 1907 built home had some challenges, but they did an excellent job working through them! My garage got a new roof, vinyl siding and aluminum wrap on the trim too! Tyler came out to do an estimate of the work, and suggested I call my home owners insurance because of the type of damage he saw. I was very please with how this worked out. No other estimator suggested this, so my hats off to Perfect Exteriors of MN Inc.

After a large storm damaged our roof he made the effort to maneuver his way through the fallen trees and other debris that ravaged our neighborhood. I had Perfect Exteriors re-roof my home. The crew was dedicated to finishing the job late into the day. They did a nice job with the clean up. Although there were areas along the house that need to repaired (gutter scratches / fascia scratches) Tyler and Nate were quick to respond and make the necessary corrections. Perfect Exteriors did a really nice job with shingle replacement roof job. I was surprised how quickly they worked. I think the quality of work was good. They worked with me and the insurance company. They are hands on, but able to work with me through my tasks, so I feel comfortable. I felt that I could ask any question, and they answered my questions with honest answers. In the end I do feel good about the whole process, which is the most important part for me.

From storm damage, Perfect Exteriors quickly & efficiently did all repairs & replacements needed to all of the exterior of my home. Although the work was done timely they failed to meet the requirements of our mortgage company to get their money. Going past the 90 day period allowed. *What a mess! Paperwork & possible legal issues all because the office staff is slow or behind in getting their money!
