Indiana Crawlspace Repair was on time and reasonably priced on the repairs and upgrades purchased. The project included installing a sump pump, internal perimeter drain, dehumidifier, an encapsulation system, and structural repair to some of the joists, sill plates, and bandboards. Their team was very willing to take the time to answer all my questions. They even agreed to use my materials for the project, as I had some in stock. Prior to the project, the crawlspace was very moist and anyone traversing the area would sink into the mud. The space also did not have a vapor barrier. Water used to drip from the joists from excessive humidity. So far, now that the project is complete, the crawlspace is much drier. Though it has rained several times since completion, the biggest test will be this upcoming spring. There were a few things about the process I would have tweaked. Specifically, it would have been preferable to outlet the dehumidifier directly into the sump basin rather than into the perimeter drain. Would have preferred to remove the old pvc drain pipe from the old plumbing repair, rather than place it into the perimeter trench. It also would have been preferable to leave the sump basin lid exposed rather than cover it with the liner, so that it can be cleaned out easier later, if need be. But, the system should function nonetheless. Overall though, I was really impressed with how clean the jobsite was upon completion and pleased with their work. Would recommend them to those needing crawlspace repair and/or upgrades.

We had a crawlspace sump pump, drain pipes, and vapor barrier installed by this company! They were exemplary throughout the whole process. They were resonsive to our phone call, met with us and explained the whole process, and gave us an estimate. When we booked a date to do the work, they arrived at the earliest time they had promised and were very respectful of our home carpeting by protecting it with plastic. They hand dug the lines outside and replaced all of the sod. They completed the work in a timely manner at the agreed price. They showed us their work and kept us informed through the day. We have had many services performed by contractors and other professionals since buying this house and Indiana Craw Space Repair is at the top of our list for professional services as promised. They put in a new vapor barrier, added a sump pump and even added extra foundation support down there. All the work was done very professionally and they always showed up when they said they would.
