I recently was with this agent and have had several issues with them. I initially switched to them after seeing the reviews. Things were ok, but then Matt started causing issues for me. He has been so rude and even tried to change my account without my permission. I recently called and talked to one of the other reps and randomly Matt called me for whatever reason even though there was no need for him to call me. I mentioned to him that there was no need for us to have conversation and that I just needed my insurance sent over. He told me that because I refused to talk to him that he was not going to send my information over even though the other rep said it would be taken care of. He then continued to tell me that I tried to get him in trouble and act as if they do not know what they are doing. I politely told him that if there was nothing that he could do for me then he needed to stop talking to me unless his boss was available. I had to call another insurance agency to send over my insurance. I can not believe people like Matt are working for State Farm. I am so glad this is not my agency any more. It sucks that Michael has such a horrible worker.
