I contend that it is difficult to really know if you have a good insurance agent, company, or coverage until something bad happens. We had the misfortune of having a kitchen fire and needed to file a claim - where Eric Andersen and his staff earned every one of the five stars I awarded. Eric was with us every step of the way to help us through the claims process, providing outstanding service and excellent support during a difficult time. A great agent makes sure that clients are well-insured so that if something bad does happen they are able to recover. Eric’s insight into helping us choose our policies prior to this incident meant that we were adequately covered when we needed it. Eric Andersen and State Farm delivered for us, and greatly exceeded our expectations of what you would expect from an insurance provider.
