Hello, my name is Andre Clark and I have been a customer of Anchor Lenoir Ins for 15 years and I must say that my experience with the company has been amazing. The staff which include Melissa, Crystal, Lisa, and Mary show excellent customer care/service and are very helpful when it comes to policies with auto, home, and health ins. With my experience at Anchor Lenoir represent class and grace and they are always smiling with a lot of positive energy for a positive outcome. Anytime I go to the office my wait time is not long even when they are busy with other customers or with the phone ringing off the hook; the staff that I included above handle the situation with style. They all deserve a round of applause and I am proud to be part of this Anchor Lenoir Ins of Kinston family. 5 stars across the board!!!!!!
