I would like to take a moment and thank both Lindsay and Cindi for the professional service I received yesterday. #1-Lindsay took the time to transfer my policy from my former agent to you and within less than an hour all of this was done via one phone call and few emails. And I even saved a small amount of money. #2-Also taking place yesterday...I purchased a new vehicle for my daughter, between Lindsay and Cindi, we were able to establish a new policy and leave the dealership with the vehicle. Being that this was a new policy and the purchase was late in the day it took quite a bit of time. I cannot thank the two of you enough for your patience, professionalism and kindness. What is typically a stressful situation causing me a ton of anxiety turned out to be much smoother than I anticipated. Thank you again and thank you for making me feel as though I made the right decision in changing agents.

I have been a customer with this company since 2013. I was about to leave A-Affordable recently do to the horrible issues I was having with the Milford Ma branch. I then ended up transferred to Chris T in the Worcester branch. He has helped me and kept in complete contact with me, working non-stop to make sure I had all my questions answered and felt like an important person. IF it was not for Chris T I would have left the company and found a different provider. I hope you all know how important and amazing he is. I appreciate all his hard work and dedication. I will no longer deal with the Milford MA branch and do everything over the phone or through Chris directly. Chris T thank you for everything you do, you are the true meaning of a great, caring person. Keep up the good work.

Sheila was the CSR at AA Affordable that seriously went above and beyond what it was that I needed help with. Sheila was so patient, kind, and understanding with how frustrated I had become trying to pay my bill on line. Rather than just send my call and request to someone/somewhere else, she just took the extra time , and took the payment herself. Sheila was able to multi-task with such politeness, and sweetness, all with a great sense of humor and professionalism. She sent me a receipt of payment, and also an additional document that I needed and she did so right away. When I replied to her emails thanking her, she even took the time to reply back. Amazing Customer Service, and also amazing assistance with my questions and documentation from Miss Sheila. Thank you Sheila!!!!!!

Despite calling to transfer my husbands policy over to my insurance company (I carry it at work), I had the best experience!! Nazar was pleasant, informative and wanted to do the job to the best of his ability. He even went as far as telling me that he would leave me a message in a day or so to follow up and insure the transaction took place. I had my reservations about that promise. To my amazement, I returned home from work to a message from Nazar insuring me everything was all set. WOW!!! Though my company offers insurance for me, I will be recommending AAfordable to my family and friends. Thank you Nazar !!

Purchasing insurance is thought to be an overwhelming and daunting task, but Vanessa at Affordable Insurance in the Worcester branch have permanently changed my perception. It is absolutely possible to have great coverage at an even better rate. Vanessa was extremely helpful and addressed each one of my questions with certainty and without hesitation. Vanessa far exceeded all of my expectations. I am currently only paying a fraction of the cost of what I had been previously quoted by larger insurance companies. I highly recommend Vanessa and Affordable Insurance to anyone looking for exceptional service.

I needed auto insurance to complete the purchase of my new vehicle. Rich Mason was very helpful & walk me through all of the steps ( first time in almost 16 years I had to get new insurance). He was polite the entire time & got all of my paperwork done for me in a timely fashion. He also got me into a policy with better coverage for less money than some of the other quotes I was getting online. I am excited about my new insurance company being A-Affordable, I have only heard good things about them & am looking forward to doing business with them for many years to come.

I could NOT say more about Nick! This gentleman could not have given me more professional service. Step by step talked me through my insurance plan, and broke it down until I understood, never once becoming frustrated. He even emailed me with all of the information so I had it saved. He spent over an hour trying to break down all of my information making sure I had the best possible price with the best possible plan. I could sit here and write a book on his Customer service skills!!!! But all you need to know is Nick is great and will get you where you need to be!

I started business with A-affordable in 2016. I unfortunately had a lot going the past couple of weeks and completely forgot about paying my car insurance this month. I realized about 12 hours too late and it cancelled. I was helped by Megan Rafferty upon calling and she was extremely helpful and accomodating. She explained my options and made the whole process painless. Megan was fast and efficient, not to mention very personable and understanding. I went into the Worcester office of aaffordable ins today to take care of some policy adjustments and Sheila asked if she could me. And help she did. I had several vehicles and trailers that all needed renewing at the same time, as well as switching my insurance company to one with a more reasonable premium for my personal needs. She took my unorganized pile up of paperwork, put it in order, tapped her fingers across the keyboard and POOF! It was done. And all with a smile, great personality and the knowledge of an obvious veteran in her field. Thank you Sheila.

Megan of A Affordable in the Worcester Office did an absolutely GREAT! Job on helping me. Megan deserves high praise from her management( GETS ALL FIVE STARS FROM THIS CUSTOMER) as she is a great asset to the company. Very informative and knows the business very well. Megan answered questions that I did not know existed on my policy and how I can easily resolve the change and payments, complicated to write here but my answers and more were "OUTSTANDING"! I called for a quote and a Spanish lady whom i cant remember her name helped Set me up w a very affordable quote. She did a great job getting my quote all loaded in to system. Then i had to secure some info to finalize my new policy. I called back and spoke with Katlyn. She did a tremendous job getting my new policy set up in less than 20 mins and i signed online so i didnt even have to go in to store. I totally recomend Both associates including Katlyn and AAfordable Insurance for anyone who needs affordable easy to sign up auto insurance.

I was in a panic, and Nicholas Appiah was great, answered all my questions, called me back every time my phone shut off, was very friendly and helped with everything, and even stayed on the phone with me because he could tell I was uncertain on if I would complete and take care of everything I needed. My girlfriend was under a lot of stress buying a new car and the last thing she wanted to deal with was a new insurance policy but Nicole took care of everything for her.
