I recently took the week long real estate pre-license course with Melodee Ashbee. She was a wonderful teacher who made sure everyone understood the concepts. I then took the cram course the weekend before my state exam with Jack Bennett. He also explained things thoroughly and made what I expected to be a long, intense weekend something informative and enjoyable. Between Melodee and Jack, I felt extremely prepared for my state exam and passed it on my first attempt. I highly recommend Gold Coast to anyone looking to start their Real Estate Career and will definitely be back for my post-license course.

For the CRAM course this past weekend, I had the pleasure of having Mr.Jack B. teaching my class. He gave REAL advice, tips, and tricks on how to pass the state exam. It is clear! He knows the ins and outs of Real Estate. If there was a question, he could give an explanation you can understand. I thoroughly enjoyed his class, to say the least. I would definitely attend a post-license and/or CE course with Jack again. Needless to say....(along with grueling study hours) two days following the CRAM course, I passed the state exam on the first attempt!

The on-line real estate sales associate course was extremely user friendly. The course material was concise and very informative and followed along with the text book step for step. The cram course, taught by Debra, was of great benefit, she is very knowledgeable. I enjoyed hearing about her experiences with certain situations and how she applied her expertise. I would highly recommend this course through Gold Coast as opposed to any other competitor. It rates 5 stars from me!

I took the 63 hour course with Gold Coast online. Although I scored well, I still had doubts about passing the state exam after hearing about numerous failures from other licensed professional. The 3 day Cram course helped settle most of my fears. Steve was the best teacher. He went over the material thoroughly. We focused intensively on the areas the we felt the weakest on and gave us great pointers to help us pass 1st time around. This class was well work the extra money.

Recently completed the CAM pre-license class with John Messina. It was a grueling two days, but John did his absolute best to make it enjoyable, content rich, and something I would recommend to anyone considering property management as a career path. John was direct, helpful, as well as insightful, providing many ways to gain and retain the necessary information to not only pass the exam, but be the best CAM you could be. Thanks.

I really enjoyed the class. Teacher Steve Gaffney did excellent! He is awesome. Even though, English is my second language, I was able to understand everything he explained. Very good pace. He made concepts easy to understand and last but not least, he provided excellent tips that help to pass the test. The Gold Coastal Website is excellent to study. I highly recommend it to study. The overall experience was very satisfactory.

I took the health, life and variable contracts class. The instructor was Pat Billera. I cant say enough how awesome he is. He related his experience to the class material in a way that made it easy to understand and enjoyable to hear. He makes you think differently about what the job of an insurance agent actually is. Truly awesome!

Jack Bennett was by far the best instructor I have yet to have in all my years at gold coast. He was entertaining, funny and made real life examples to better understand the concepts. I hope to meet up with Jack in my future years of training at Gold Coast.

Love Dan, he has been a great CE instructor. He makes the 8 hours go by super quick. i have been using gold coast for the last 4-5 years. I have been to all campuses, i love Boca super close to me. I would recommend this school and do whenever anyone asks.

If you want some to just read you the book feel free to pay for the class. Teacher did not have any insights of the test. She just read patches of the book for 2 days. Now i have to go home and read the whole book
