My experience is great so far. Keeping my fingers crossed. The other day i got there just after they closed, they actually let me in to get my much needed money. Jackie was super awesome at the Old Town branch to help me get my account setup, I cant say enough about her. I have to wait quite a time for my debit card, about ~3 weeks, i didnt not get a temporary. ATM was not high on my priority list, so thats not a big deal. This place was night and day better than Bank Purely/IGO, i would never recommend them, so kudos to TrailheadCU for stepping up when i needed to make the switch.

I actually am shopping for a Credit Union to become a member of. This is the first time that posted reviews will influence my decision. I am not going to join this credit union. I was recommended, by a close friend who is a member, that I should become a member of this Credit Union. Wish me luck! Regardless to the type of financial institution, customer service should be held to the highest standard. Step up your game Trailhead, thats to many bad reviews for all of them to be without merit.

refinancing a floating home is not an easy experience. we were with another floating home lender. Trailhead lowered our current rate 2.5%. stuart gleason and his team made the process easy. Heard about them through our neighbors who had done their loan through Trailhead.
