Hmmm, Where do I began. I have been with NavyArmy for a number of years and I have recieved GREAT service. I use to go in the lobby quite frequently to get the feel of the place, everyone is nice and greets you with a smile etc.....The way customer service should be, now I go through drive through due to on the go... I recently visited the Crosstown Branch inside, I had the privilege to be helped by Alexandria Yanez the customer service etiquette was great, felt welcomed and crossed every T and dotted every eye, well you know what eye mean.I will continue to do business with you, Keep up the Great work.
