GTE FCU used to be a great bank, friendly, long term staff, it felt like home; most of their customers are like myself; been members for many, many years. Now, there are no live tellers at any branch, just "cyber" tellers. After you wait 15 minutes for an internet connection (you must wait for the machine to "find you a live associate" their is no personal service at all. So your only other choice to conduct business with them is on their website or an ATM. Their new way of doing business is AWEFUL. I will be changing banks asap. Way to take a successful company down the tubes, way to go GTE...

Terrible experience everytime I step foot in this bank. I avoid it at all costs. It used to be great but now their cyber teller system is such a joke. Wait ten mins while the system finds a live teller after waititng 15 minutes in line. I Will be switching to a new bank soon, I wonder if a cyber teller can help me close my account lol prob not. Dont bother with this bank.

ATM machine always malfunctioning. Not enough tellers at 2pm only one person helping customers. 20 wait for service at drive thru and atm will not accept bills for deposit. thirty minutes later still waiting to be helped at drive thru and I was only the second customer. Poor poor customer service explains this low rating.

Worst possible service! People have no sense of urgency, one lane open in the DT, 15 people in line and only three tellers working on a Monday after the holiday. Save yourself the headaches....bank elsewhere!

Dismal service. No tellers, always a long line inside and in the single open drive through line. Twenty minute wait times to talk to a phone representative. This bank is failing.

All gtes save money by making you wait in lines. They also focus on people in the drive through over people in waiting in line even though they deny that they do.
