Watch out for this bank. I had an account with them for over a year. Never a problem with my finances. I did help someone with a drug problem set up a bank account and was told by the bank that they were primary and I had no liability. NOT TRUE....that person cheated the bank out of $1450. The bank went into my savings without my permission or my knowledge and debited my account for the money. They took no legal action against the person, just took my money. Be careful, this is not an ethical organization and will steal from you given the chance

I love this bank. I have been thru all the major banks. I have disliked all of them and left for one reason or another. I have been a member of Golden1 for 2 years now and love it. yes they will take money from your savings if you overdraw your account... but that is expected and is a common practice no matter where you bank. The customer service is great at this branch and the others I have been to. I am very happy to be here and plan to stay!!
