This place is the best example of horrible customer service. They always have tellers and mangers who are rude, and never consistent on the procedures to cash my retirement annuity check. They say they need to put a hold on the check on some visits, and on other visits they cash it on the spot! Just all around a poor service experience that I took my business else where.

Inefficient drive through. Waited almost 40 min just to preform a deposit. One teller working, peak time, on a Friday afternoon. People were honking at eachother. Hire another teller or two. So many people need jobs.

Atmosphere really killed my erection, Q ball with the beard had me stiff but the other employees really killed the mood. 1 Star, needs more cowbell.
