I just visited this branch a while ago for the first time and got a bad customer service . My mom works 12 hr shift frm 7am - 7pm (mon-sat) , she had given me her debit card to go to the bank and deposit her check since ur ATM Machine never takes her check . the teller took my ID and Moms card and later saying she cannot return it cause it doesnt belongs to me . I told her that shes my Mom and if ur ATM would take her check i wouldnt have come In to deposit . This branch is very poor in customer service compared to Elk Grove blvd branch , they would only take few minutes and im good to go . The teller also didnt ask me in which acc to deposit (savings or checking) she just did it all by her self and just gave me a paper receipt and also no greetings .

I have been in this line for more than 45 minutes, this bank is so small it stinks there are so many people and not enough seats for the disabled and elderly, this is crazy, I think between 11:45 &1:00 more tellers should be working ,the air is on but the smell is OMG

Unsettling experience. Never been questioned about my drivers license and what a check that I am depositing if for?? None of their business but it is stated on the check! Been with Golden One for years!! Gonna rethink that after this experience.

Need better customer service or security regarding atm machine outside location. Always one line for two atm. One machine works or both will. Need better delegation. Inside always packed
