If i could give a 0 star rating i would. Theres a severe lack of communication, when u call to speak to the person youre supposed to contact, they are always "away from their desk at the moment", i have done everything myself up to this point. Did what i was supposed to to fire them and called to make sure they got the fax, they claim i sent it on the main fax line so she didnt get it, and the woman id asked days before to check if it came through claimed she couldnt check. Finally got on the phone with who i am supposed to contact and she answered with an attitude and told me that the attorney will probably want to be compensated. For what?!?!?! They have done nothing but screw up my case. Didnt even get the necessary medical documents to social security and was denied because of it. This place is nothing more than a call center. Never again. I wish i would have googled their ratings and reviews before choosing this hell hole to represent my case. And i cannot even get a new attorney until i get this letter of withdraw theyre refusing to send to me. What a joke.

This firm is not going to be your advocate. They do not follow up on what they need to do to get your medical records and will even go to court with no information. It is the worst. If anyone knows how to put in a formal complaint or make a joint case against this firm it should be done.

Wonderful I keep her informed she answers most of the team I call and if not she definitely calls me back within 24 hours I have faith in God and also in them with my disability case I would recommend them

My boyfriend hired them for a disability case. They have never even obtained any medical records or even taken the names of his physicians. They do not return any calls. We would give them a zero!!
