Yesterday afternoon I started to realize my house was getting hot, really hot. It was a 91 degree day here in Texas so that was not fun. My husband called On Time Experts after enjoying their advertisements on ESPN. Sergio came in a very timely fashion and assessed our situation quickly. We needed a new capacitor . He was kind, soft spoken, and obviously knew his business. He was great at explaining the issues and our options honestly. We trusted his opinions and asked if he could get someone out to us to give us an estimate on a new a/c unit. It only took a few hours before Olen Jackson came out to see us. Olen is very professional, knowledgeable and extremely personable. He exuded trustworthiness and professionalism, but also had a great sense of humor. He gave us detailed information, answered all of our questions and provided us with what we feel like was really great advice. He also worked hard to get us very good discounts and special pricing. We decided to replace our old and getting older unit with a more reliable unit from them that could be trustworthy and provide us with clean, healthy air as well as a wonderful warranty of 12 years. We were very pleased with the service from both of these gentlemen and would highly recommend them to everyone...what a great company!!! The unit is being installed as we speak (the very next day)!! I will review the install when it is finished. Thank you Randy, Olen, Sergio!

I contacted Gina at On TIme Experts on 5/19 at 1:30pm and requested that we discontinue their monthly service fee. Gina said that she would send me an email by end of day, and that I would need to respond to that email in order to have the monthly charge discontinued. It is now 5/26 (one full week later) and I have yet to receive this email that Gina referred to. I tried to respond to On Time Experts via email so that I would have a written record of my request this time, but their website does not allow for you to contact them via email. I am extremely disappointed in the level of customer service with this company, and especially this final request. If we do not receive the cancellation email, I will be forced to dispute the charge on my next credit card statement and report this to the Dallas chapter of the BBB.

Experts is right! Clean, polite and smart -- they really know what they are doing. They have been so consistently good, fair and honest that we have become long-time customers. We really trust them. You should, too. We had an A/C air flow problem making our bedroom hotter than the rest of the house. Olen explained the challenges to me in a way so I understand them. He then fixed it by making adjustments rather than trying to sell us new duct work. And my wife loves being talked with rather than talked down to like some other A/C companies. You have to check out On Time Experts for your problem. BTW -- the semi-annual maintenance is a great deal and two years ago it resulted in diagnosing a potentially dangerous heater condition we fixed before it became an actual danger. Whew!

Just had a wonderful experience with a plumbing expert named Scotty. He was extremely knowledgeable & took the time to explain to me the problems I was having with my home & then he recommended how we fix the problems. Due to his extensive know how & his willingness to listen to me & to ensure I was onboard I put my full faith in Scotty, & highly recommend "The On Time Experts" to anyone with plumbing needs (I did not have an AC/heating technician but if that service is on par with the plumbing service then I would also highly recommend those services as well). If or I guess I should say when any additional problems arise I intend on going back to The On Time Experts for their aid in addressing my issues.

Albert Rodriquez arrived in the four hour window I was given to expect him. He was clean, polite, and personable. He did a complete diagnostics of my A/C system and allowed me to tag along. He explained everything he was doing. I feel he went above and beyond because after he fixed my A/C he stayed to make sure it would not freeze up again and checked issues I had notice in my attic. I feel he was up front and honest about all the issues he saw could happen. He gave me information on all of On Time Experts services. I will call this company again if I have any issues and I am seriously considering going on their VIP service plan. I have already shared my great experience with friends.

The only comment that I can give is how impressed I am with the politeness and professionalism that began with the very first phone call to this company. I needed to purchase a new system and Olen came out really early as I had requested. He even took the time to take additional photos for me of my furnace . My furnace has been here in my house since it was built in 1990. Olen took the time to allow me to select the furnace that best fit my needs. I truly appreciate Olen for being patient and making sure I was knowledgeable about everything going on and even calling back to see how the installation process tuned out. On Time Experts and Olen thank you and keep up the good work!

Olens knowledge, professionalism and i can honestly say that he is not just a number at On Time Experts but truly loves his job and cares about the company he is representing. I can say without hesitation that he is a valuable asset to them and will do great things in the future. Olen spent an extra 2 hours talking with my husband and waiting for me to get home from work, then spent another 4 hors ours going over various optins for us after the tech Jessie, who was very kind and courteous came out for our regular maintenence and found a leak in the coil. What an amazing business On Time Experts is. Our technician Emilio was on time as promised and wore protective shoe covers every time he came into the house. Our A/C drains into our master bath sink assembly and the sink drain had not worked correctly for some time because the A/C drain part of it was clogged. Emilio fixed and cleaned out the A/C drain, replaced a part that was about to go bad, replaced our filter, and explained every thing in detail. We purchased new filters and your "Friends and Family"plan. We will definitely recommend you to everyone we know. Thanks to Chad for referring us to you!!

Chad and KB came out and cleaned our air ducts. These two guys did a very good job. What I thought was really good, they showed me the air ducts before the cleaning then showed how clean afterwards. There was a hell of a lot of dust and dirt in there before and like brand new afterwards. I was able to talk with them about anything. Very good with the customer. They worked very good together and worked well with me. I have not complains about these two guy or their company which is my company too. They were very clean and considerate of my house and its contents. Very good workers and very nice. Thanks guys!

Have been a satisfied customer for years and experienced several very competent and professional work done by their technicians. Ted has been one of those over several visits to service our system. Recently our AC system though it was only less than two years in service had a compressor failure. Ted arrived that afternoon and arranged for replacement of the compressor the very next morning. Ted exemplifies professionalism and just a great guy to have working for you when you have a HVAC problem. His experience and approach to solving HVAC problems is valuable and much appreciated here.

Michael M. came out to diagnose a non cooling ac. Arrived on the front side of the waiting window and immediately went to work. Within 10 minutes he found a leaking evaporator coil and sticking valve. Luckily the unit is under warranty. They have to order parts for replacement. Mike went above and beyond and stayed on site longer to make temporary repairs to get the unit going until the new parts arrive . A real technician with a desire for 100% customer service. The unit is still cooling today and the new one will be here tomorrow. Call them and ask for Mike...he is the man!

On Time Experts is always very professional and courteous. They always have good recommendations and go above and beyond to make sure my HVAC system is functioning at peak performance. Our technician, Josh, is very helpful and informative. Due to a recent hail storm we had to have our roof replaced. When Josh was performing our summer maintenance, he found that some new exhaust pipes were put in by the roofers but never connected. Josh without prompting went ahead and hooked them up to make sure everything was vented properly. I highly recommend this company.

Olen was here when he said he would be. He was thorough, professional, and diligent. Found everything that was wrong with my system and fixed it and ordered a needed part. Very happy with this company. New service calls: KB did my recent AC service. Professional and friendly. Great service! Needed a new water heater - Scotty was out in 45 minutes and installed a new one same day. Once again fast friendly service! 7/19/2017 needed a new thermostat, Dennis was out with it - on time as usual. Professional and friendly!

Our heater fan would not turn off, so I called On Time. Despite it being a Sunday, Mike got to me quickly and diagnosed the problem. Next day he came back and quickly installed the new circuit board and thoroughly checked the system. Our thermostat was also about to die so he installed a new one and checked to make sure I knew how to operate it from my phone. The service was impeccable and the prices were reasonable--no extra charges for the MLK holiday. I highly recommend this company!

Fast to come out, patient to explain what was going on and what needed to be done ASAP vs what could wait (while also explaining what might happen if you wait). I felt like I was being informed at all steps of the process and choices were left to me to consider and ultimately decide upon with sales pressure. All in all a great experience that I would recommend to anyone who is in need of emergency service and/or regular maintenance.

The tech was very cordial and answered our questions about things that related to the upkeep of our home and went above and beyond the simple service call he was sent out for. He was respectful and did not pressure us in anyway. Also, his picture is not at all flattering to him and should be retaken because he is a very attractive young man who is in good physical shape and you are impressed and happy to welcome him into your home.

Robert arrived early which is always helpful. He set to work immediately checking the air handler. I mentioned that I was having a problem with the filter bracket as it was not holding the electronic filter flat during fan operation. He spotted the problem right away and fixed it. When he checked the outside unit he noted that the start-up capacitor was faulty, which he replaced. He worked quickly and professionally. Good job.
