I could not be happier with AACE and our tech Roland. I was lucky enough to meet Roland, the Repairman Extraordinaire, the next day when he arrived on-time, accommodating my work schedule. He was very professional and upfront with the less than happy news. Our washing machine was dying a slow death with a deteriorating control panel, which Roland quickly replaced on the spot since he was fully prepared with parts for the machine in case something was needed. [A 2nd service call and charge avoided with his foresight.] I was back at work within an hour. Unfortunately, when we attempted our first load of laundry that evening, we realized our washer was still sick and reading as out-of-balance. The next morning we rang AACE. Roland came out again to save the day, again arriving on-time and working around my schedule. This time he fought the beast and won. He ended up having to take the whole washing machine drum out to find the problem was a ::gasp:: piece of metal from an undergarment that became lodged under the drum. He waited until a full cycle had finished successfully until he left for the day. He did all that free of any additional charges. I am so thankful we chose AACE to help us out. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks!

This is a wonderful company. Last summer, I had several different AC companies come to my house and "fix" my air conditioner. I was using a home warranty at the time, and they didn’t tell me that the furnace needed to be replaced. It was constantly having problems, and the technicians never explained any of the issues to me. When the furnace finally went out, I called AACE. They had a technician out the same day! In 100-degree weather, that was a lifesaver. The technician came out after hours and explained in detail what was wrong. I chose to replace the furnace due to its age and constant maintenance. The technician gave a detailed list of the cost, the steps it would take to fix it, and a time estimate. He went over all of my options, which helped me make the right decision. They provided a one-year warranty on all parts and labor. Within the first year, I made the mistake of not changing the air filter. This caused a problem. When I called, AACE again came out that day and fixed it. I have had no problems since and will absolutely use them in the future!

I called this company after hours on a Friday. The phone was answered by the owner, Mr Bill Nix, who listened to my a/c problem and said that they could come out to check it that evening. He also suggested that I try a "quick fix" to see if the thermocouple device on the a/c would start working merely by turning off the unit, waiting 45 minutes, and restarting the unit to see if the cold air problem would turn back on. He told me to call him back if it did not work but suggested that it probably would operate! Amazingly his information worked immediately. I was so impressed with his kindness, knowledge and professional behavior that I am compelled to write this note. He is a true, honest, professional who has demonstrated absolute integrity today. He has made a client for life! For verification purposes, I am a retired MD living in Highland Park.

I have rental property in Dallas. I cannot make it there as much as I need to. It is very difficult to try and manage this property from afar. It worries me. I try and reduce that worry by finding people who I can trust in the Dallas area that I feel are doing the right thing when it comes to servicing this building. I believe in long term relationships. Price is important but it is not the number one criteria. For me, it is trust. The owner of Appliance and Air is a delightful fellow by the name of Billy Nix. I believe that Billy is in to doing the right thing and delivering a great service. So, I would have to say, I recommend Billy. That bad part is that Billy is too far away to service my properties here, because if he was, I would not hesitate to use him here.

From a VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER. I used Appliance & Air Care Experts for the first time for an air conditioning repair. I found them to be really nice people to deal with. They worked around my hectic schedule and came out after hours for no additional fees. They person answering the phone was very helpful, and the technician that came out, fixed the problem immediately. He also was very informative showing me several tips to help me save money on my utility bill. And this was late at night and I could tell he was tired, this was definitely above and beyond the call of duty. And that is why I did this review. I have already told my family and friends that they have to use these guys. I am a VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER.

My air conditioner went out Sunday evening after 5 at the end of a large July party. I pulled out my phone book and called AACE they sent Ronnie over Sunday evening to find out the problem. It was not good news it was broken so no A/C Sunday night but Its Monday at 4 and I have this new Blower board up in the attic. I have no idea how they do that but they did. C J was very skilled at manipulating the dolly while bringing in new unit and taking out old. Ronnie and CJ are a great team I am very pleased with how well everything work out. Thank you very much. I highly recommend this company.

My son was out of town and came home on a Sunday evening in Dallas summer and no air blowing out of vents. Being a first time home buyer he was not up to par on checking for certain issues. After calling several other ac repair companies, we hit on these guys. It was Sunday at 9pm and they said they could get someone there Monday morning. He continued to talk me through what the issue was and before you knew it my son had the issue fixed and had cold air without even having the serviceman out. We will definitely call Appliance and Air Care Experts for all of our ac and furnace needs.

Appliance & Air Care Experts came highly recommended from my friend and real estate agent. My service tech, Roland, was timely, clean cut, and professional. He was able to fix my dryer immediately. That is, the needed parts were in his truck. That has not always been my experience with other companies. I would definitely use this company again. I want to add that today Bobby came out to work on my sub zero and viking hood. He did an excellent job! He was clean, neat, efficient, and very pleasant! I am very happy with the job he did on my sub zero and viking hood.

Their operators know what the hell they are talking about. I called another company and not only did they not understand my problem, they acted like I did not know what I was talking about. I prefer calling someone that understands basic if not advanced terminology of appliances and can actually help get done what I need done, instead of someone that looks hot in person, but does not have a brain in their head... P.S. To all other companies... A beautiful woman on the phone does nothing for me, I need someone with knowledge of my appliance and the solution to my problem

I called an made an appointment and I was told that a service technician would be at my house that day. Before the day was over my dryer was working. Their service technicians are always friendly and professional and they always have my appliances working before they leave. Barrell Jones

Chris and his team came out to replace the coils on all three of our units. He proved to be extremely hardworking and dedicated to fixing all the issues that came up during the replacement. We were grateful for his perfectionism. Chris and his team had to replace the attic staircase and door to get everything in and it ended up being a much bigger job than anyone expected. They conducted themselves professionally and were even nice to my dog and daughter despite the terrible, overly hot conditions in the attic. We would use them again.

They were clean personable, professional, They installed a new air conditioner the same day I call, They protect my white carpet and my new wood floors from the front door all the way to the attic, Wow I was so Impressed. Roger and his crew, they not only change my air conditioner also they fix my bedroom air flow, Roger also educated me how to use, and maintained my new system, So it same money and last longer. Roland was extremely helpful in getting our icemaker fixed. When he arrived he troubleshot the problem and was honest with me. Told me my different options with it and was honest with what would cost more or would be cheaper. We decided to repalce the whole unit and just looking at it I knew it would take me forever to put a new one in. It took Roland about 15 minutes to swap them out. Which to me was way worth the low labor cost. I will be calling them back if I have any problem with any of my other applicances. Great company.

This is the most remarkable Ac company I have ever used. The tech who came to my home"Ronnie " was cordial and would not leave my home till my ac was in proper working order. He was at my home in my extremely hot attic until am installing a completely new unit. The company has the most respectful and very time considerate employees, everyone ask for Ronnie, you will be so happy you did. Fabulous work, what more can I say, Bravo! I had one tech. come and check my AC and another check my cloths dryer. Very polite nice guys. However, paying almost $300 to clean out a drainage hose that took approx. 15 minutes and $100 to adjust a screw on my dryer door that took approx. 2 minutes is just a little too much! It would have been nice if they would have brought a cute female to kiss me before I was financially violated! After reconciled with the disagreement, I feel very comfortable with our misunderstanding and I feel confident this is a very reputable company.

I had a great experience. Another company gave me a really high quote to fix something that would not have even fixed the problem. Appliance & Care Experts then came and gave me a quote for that thing, which was much lower, and explained why it was not necessary. Then they fixed the problem very quickly and for a fair price. My technician was Ronnie and he was very prompt and very pleasant. Also, Bill, who dispatched Ronnie was very helpful when I originally placed the call. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Dedicated hard workers, courteous, and willing to explain everything they are doing. Chris Thompson and his team came out when our AC unit broke and replaced the unit that very night. They came when all the other AC service guys said it would be weeks until they could even give us a quote. Great service! It is true dedication when a team comes out and stays past midnight to get your AC working. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs work done by honest people who put in that extra effort to make things right.
