After our AC started becoming problematic, we did some extensive research before reaching out to OneWay. Both Julio and Toby provided great service in getting our system back in working condition. Our diagnosis was a bit tricky, and at first, Julio switched out a control panel for us for $350. He spent 40 minutes driving to another site to pick up this part. After performing other services, such as refilling our refrigerant, it turned out that the control panel was not an issue. Julio dug deeper into the issue and re-installed our old control panel, and he did not charge us a penny for the prior panel install! He found the problem and recommended us with the next steps (talking with Nest). After further debugging, we requested OneWay again, and Toby came to fix our issue. He was very prompt, fast, and professional. Toby also gave us additional ideas on how we can improve our AC system. Altogether, we are really happy with OneWay’s service, and we hope they can continue to serve as great role models for excellent customer service.

My wife and I came home last night after a third consecutive day in 100+ °F heat and found our AC compressor was not working. I called the number on the website at 8:30 PM and a person actually answered! She took my information and said a technician would stop by first thing in the morning. About half an hour later a technician stopped by and informed me that he had been a few houses down and determined that there was a power issue in our neighborhood that was interfering with the AC operation. He could have easily "investigated" my issue and charged me, but instead he gave me a friendly heads up to the real cause. Lo and behold, not long later, our lights started to dim and all power started to fade in the house. We informed the local power company and someone came out at 10:30 PM and got our power back. The AC compressor kicked on and we were back to normal! I really appreciate the honesty of One Way Heating & Air Conditioning and will be sure to call them first the next time I require their services!

We bought a house and about three years later the blower quit working. So we called her name on air-conditioner of the original installer which was still under warranty. He showed up and was there for 10 minutes and told us we need to write at least $1000 check for him to even get started. Then we called one way Julio came out first thing in the morning and within 10 minutes identified it as a loose wire. He fixed the wire and then check the AC for all routine maintenance. Our final bill was $110... They are the only AC company we will ever use again

I sat in a mini-split system on my house that I was converting from an evaporative cooler. I needed someone to braze the copper, vacuum the system, and charge it with freon. Julio and Julio Jr. came out on a Saturday and were done in about an hour and a half. They were very respectful, did great work, and have competitive pricing. Highly recommend, great to work with and easy to talk to.

Awesome service. Even with it being mid summer, One way accommodated my needs and gave me a time frame. The tech called me before he was out there so I could meet him. I really thought that my AC was out, but luckily it was just some minor stuff and I was in need of some freon. He had it fixed in less than an hour. Very professional and courteous. Just finished working with Julio and could not be happier. Everything they do is flat rate and can tell you what your invoice will be before they do any work. Due to this he was done in 30 minutes after diagnosing in 10. A/C back up and running with no hidden fees or hourly rate which other companies milk. Will be calling again for future repairs.

Erasmo was able to weld the puncture on the unit when all other companies said it needed to be replaced but he was willing to give it a try.
