This ins company sucks..we have been with them for over 6 years and in the last 2 months the have dropped multiple cars off our policy without even informing us. Coulsnt tell us why when we called to add them back.added them back and 2 weeks later dropped anther one.they said because thwy thought someone else had the car..when its in fact broken down in my back yard and has been for months...they have no idea what there doing we added our neice while she was living with us and now they claim we are not aloud to remove her.they said the only way we can remove her is to cancel policy..glad they care so much about the clients.
