Poor Customer Service: Went to this location for a standard oil change. I received a coupon for AAA for a 19.99 oil change. I presented this coupon to the service person and he stated they will get right on it. After they completed the oil change, I went to pay for the service to find out they are charging me 73.00 for the oil change. Of course, I was surprised and advised him I gave him the coupon for 19.99, he proceeded to tell me that my car used synthetic oil which cost more. Instead of advising me that they will not honor the coupon and that it will cost more for my oil change they did the oil change. I later called and spoke with manager regarding this issue and he stated any time you get synthetic oil it will cost more. I informed him if that is the case, you should inform customers before performing the service and not automatically assume a person knows that the cost will be more. I requested that they honor my coupon due to the fact that the technician did not inform me of price increase. He stated he will speak with technician and give me a call back... Of course I have not heard from anyone.

Very unhappy. Had brakes replaced, but ended up taking my BMW back many times to address the still squeaking issue. Had thermostat replaced that stopped working after a month and had to go back to have it replaced with a new one. The worst part was AAA does not offer a loaner program or arranging rides for repairs that require several hours or more. You have to find your own ride or wait. I have a busy life and do not have time to wait and do not feel okay with inconveniencing another to pick me up then take me back. I will go back to BMW service. They take care of the issue the first time and supply me with a loaner while they work on my vehicle. Time is money and it is worth paying a little extra more at the dealership to not be inconvenienced.

Terrible service, dropped vehicle off at 11:30 a.m. for oil change with tire rotation, tire balance. Told CSR that I would pickup after work at 4:30 p.m.. I was told that I would get a call later on, never received that call. Around 3:45 p.m. I called to check on vehicle, was told that my vehicle was in the bay and that the technician that was servicing my vehicle was not available. I arrived to pickup my vehicle around 4:35 p.m. and was told that vehicle was still on the lift, that they had only completed the oil change. Please do not use this facility, terrible customer service, they take your vehicle knowing that they are overbooked just to get the business.

I love this location. I went in a few months ago, on a cold rainy evening, just before closing, with a drivers side window that would not go up. I met Victor and asked him if they would take the motor from the passenger side window and use it on the drivers side just to get the window up. He said yes, if I promised to do two things...1. Become a AAA member and write and 2. Write a review...needless to say they miraculously repaired my window at noon charge and I am a proud AAA member...who proudly recommends this location to others...thanks guys for the continued excellent customer service

This is the worst car care center I have ever been too. Every member of this center is racist. If you are Asian and have brown skin and if you want to be treated without respect make a point to visit them as soon as possible. If you have some self respect then please do not go to this place. Even though I have a AAA membership i decided never to go AAA at this location ever. Even though you pay the same money as everybody does, they treat you like they are doing it for free.This is the last place on earth where I would take my car to.

Came here after the so called "experts" at a Chevrolet Dealership could not fix a sporadic problem with my car shifting gears. The dealership told me I had to keep driving the car and bring it in when the problem showed up. I was amazed when the Master Mechanics at AAA found and fixed the issue, immediately. Never had the problem since. Since then I became a AAA member and always receive fast and excellent service here. I keep coming back because these guys are honest and awesome.

Outstanding purchase. Had it towed in from AAA to their shop and they got right on the job. After they checked it out the only thing I needed was a new battery which they quickly installed. They did not charge me for the quick analysis, just the battery. Very personable and professional. I highly recommend this location for all your car needs. BTW my car is a 64 1/2 Mustang, and most people will not even touch it. I trust these folks.

I had a great experience here this week getting my oil changed. Victor and his team were very professional and honest while working on my Impala. I had a question about my brakes, and since he used to work for Chevrolet, he offered his professional opinion that I really appreciated. I would highly recommend taking your car to this store and trusting that they will have your best interest in mind. I will definitely be back again soon.

I went in for an oil change and did not have an appointment. They were closing within the hour and they squeezed my car in anyway. I also asked them to check why my check engine light that had come on and they did this at no charge to me. They handled my oil change and the check engine light within 30 mins and I was in and out. The service was fast, friendly and professional. I would recommend for oil changes.

Highway robbery at its finest! If your looking to get charged way over market price then this is your shop. My wife brought our car in for a simple alternator repair. They charged us three times the going price for the part and don’t get me started on the labor charge. AAA has seen the last dollar from us ever and everyone I know will hear about this

Got an inspection and would have failed because of a tag light being out. We had them throw a $2.99 bulb in and they charged us $11.00 to install it. They were nice enough to us and had popcorn and coffee in the waiting area. There is a little kid spot too.

Always a good experience for me. I use them for oil changes, brakes, etc. Check your tire pressure after your visit as sometimes they over inflate my tires. Other than that, always Excellent !

You know, Someone always has a brother, cousin, ex boyfriend, sister, that is a mechanic.....THEN take your car to them to get fixed or change your oil!!
