Do NOT get insurance from these people. I closed on a condo in May. A couple months later I get note saying my insurance is due. I told them I closed in May, and they agreed it should be cancelled.. on a condo, that I no longer own. A month or so goes by and I get a nastygram saying I owe them. I call them and they said your insurance does not get cancelled when you close, you need to sign a formal cancellation form. I print it, sign it and email it right away. More time goes by, and I get another nastygram! What does it take?? I am going to the BBB. Update: Paynewest called me right away and resolved the problem.
