Doctor Gregg Allen, eviCORE CMO, working for Blue Cross-Shield. Thank you again for rejecting my MRI for L5. It is awesome to know that someone like you is protecting the insurance company, Blue Cross-Shield from having to pay for my MRI. I trust that you sleep well at night knowing that I am in nearly constant pain from the L5 area. It was most excellent to be denied the procedure and notified on the day of said procedure, after having adjusted my entire week to make it all happen. It really lets me know NOT to purchase this coverage or any product from Blue Cross-Shield in the future. I am very proud that you have chosen to serve the medical field as a roadblock. I know someone has to do it and I am sure you make way more money as a corporate jerk than you would have as a practicing doctor. I am proud because this hopefully means you are not directly practicing medicine on some unfortunate soul who would be at the mercy of such money first, care second person as yourself. I work at a dental office and every time I talk to one of the reps about dental benefits, I am on the phone with them for at least an hour. Every rep that I have ever talked to from this company has no idea about anything dental related and they take forever to look the benefits up and always put me on a 2-4 minute hold which is annoying. No other ins company constantly puts me on hold and when I ask for information, they rattle off the information to me quickly so I can continue on with the next patient. This ins company obviously needs to put their employees through more training. I dread calling this company.

The worst. Despite my history of degenerative disc disease, they are denying a MRI to determine treatment, and instead want me to have six weeks of treatment with my Pain management doctor, even though she has no updated diagnostic tool (the MRI) to provide the best treatment. Greed and corporate bullshit at its worst. In the mean time, I will continue having difficulty with all my Activities of daily living, driving a vehicle, and sitting upright at my 8 hour a day desk job. Thanks blue cross-you exemplify everything wrong with modern health coverage.

Tried to login numerous times today as a federal employee. That worked but each time I chose My Benefits or one of the subheadings under it the system went into an endless loop with blank page. I could tell it was trying to connect but it never connected. This happened with two different browsers, two different computers plus using another network on my phone. Hope its resolved.

I cannot get a hold of Blue Cross. I called the number and get put on hold for at least 15 minutes, then get disconnected. This has happened 3 times this week. I have also sent them an email. No reply. I have a very urgent matter to talk to them about. This is crazy. What kind of customer service is this? They do not even deserve 1 star.

Representing middle class tax payers, I think the astronomical BCBS healthcare premiums/deductions starting January 1, 2017 are outrageous! There should be a wider range of healthcare premiums/deductibles available to make healthcare more affordable for everyone.

I hate saying bad things about others even if they are true but in all honesty i now owe my dentist 700$ because of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City, please stay far away as possible from them and find a better insurance for yourself

Tried to call customer service and there were 32 calls ahead of me! Tried sending on-line and the link says the email will be returned in 24 hours. That was three days ago. No easy way to get hold of them!
