I have been with Urban Insurance Agency for many years. Most of my experiences have been pleasant. We must remember that they are people just like we are and although we expect them to be perfect all of the time, they are not and that is not realistic to expect that. With that being said I would recommend them to anyone looking for good quality insurance. Sharon has always been there to answer any questions or concerns i have and i almost feel like she is family because she took the time to know me which makes me feels special every-time i call.

The most unprofessional business Ive ever had to deal with. Who answers a business line with "hello". I thought I called someones home. Also they never return phone calls. And when confronted with it I was brushed off like it was no big deal. Not to mention the staff that is so incredibly rude. I would never get my insurance through them!
