I was a client of Cotten Coverage many years ago. Recently I found myself in an interesting scenario and without insurance. I knew the only person that could help me get things straight was Margaret Crafa, as she had been my agent while I was with Cotten Coverage previously. I called Cotten and as luck would have it, Margaret answered the phone! I let her know the scenario I had found myself in. Margaret assured me that she would assist me in getting coverage for my vehicle, no questions asked. One phone call with Margaret put all my worries at ease. She did exactly as she had promised and found me great coverage at an awesome price, extremely quickly! Margaret was the reason I loved being a client all those years ago and the exact reason I turned to Cotten during this time of need.

I worked with james to get my auto insurance! he is one the best agents i have spoken with he works with me to give me exactly what i need. i dont ever want to work with another agent.. they work with a bunch of companies so i dnt think i will ever need to work with anyone else. the prices he gave me were amazing. he goes above and beyond. i recommended all my friends to go to him and and i know some of them did. He is amazing. u should ask specifically for him! he will bend over backwards for you!

Cotten Coverage has taken over all my insurance needs. I was with one of the large insurance companies for a long period time and never received the type of service I get from my agent Joe Carroll. Joe was able to look at all of my policies and get me the best available rates thru the various insurance providers. I have business insurance through Cotton Coverage. Not only were they the cheapest I could find, but since I run a industry specific company they are able to help me as my business grows. Im constantly having to make updates or policy changes. This is not something they make money on (unless I "up" my coverage). They spend all the time I need and are always pleasent to deal with.
