I work at a used car dealership in Pittsburgh PA, Used Car World of West Liberty Avenue and we recommend Jack Maggs to our customers routinely because they are an insurance broker that represents many different insurance companies, and the rates they quote our customers are generally lower than the rates that our customers get elsewhere. Jack Maggs also handles some Penndot paperwork for us, including transit tags for out of state buyers, etc. and they have never made a mistake on our paperwork. Their staff is excellent and if there is ever an issue or question about anything on paperwork, Steve, Jenny, or someone else from their agency calls us and promptly resolves it. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs car insurance or Penndot paperwork completed for their car, boat, motor-home, etc. and our employees frequently use them for their personal vehicles to renew their vehicle registrations etc.
