Terrible....So i Walked into this Geico office wanting to purchase auto insurance some time last month. I was walked over to a young guy at a desk on the right side of their office. I remeber thinking to myself, for a guy who wanted my business he sure wasnt trying very hard. He did not stand up He did not shake my hand He looked like he was having the worst day of his life He didnt smile He Slouched in the chair He showed no intrest what so ever in wanting to sell me insurance... To top it all of, he refused to take down my info and negociate tre numbers with me or try and work out a deal because i had already spoken to a Geico agent over the phone days ago.... I’m not comming back ... lol. I’ll give Geico 2 stars since the Female receptionist who walked me over to Lurches desk was kind....

I recently purchased a new car - my first car in approximately 20 years so the various car insurance coverage options were completely foreign to me. Chris Law was extremely patient with me and he thoroughly answered all of my questions about various things that were and were not covered and questions about standard levels of coverage and protection. Chris even asked me a few questions about where I went to school and organizations that I belong to which qualified me for a huge discount. I would highly recommend working with Chris if you are shopping for car insurance.

I had a wonderful experience today with GEICO. The GEICO agent Christopher Laws who helped me was able to get me to switch from progressive to geico without realizing. He was awesome. He did not give me the impression he was just wanting me to switch to GEICO, but took time to explain everything bit of details I wanted to know about my policy, while answering my questions patiently. I felt comfortable, cared for and above all wanted. Then I switched. Thank You Chris.

I was debating over whether or not to switch over to Geico and her great service persuaded me to select Geico as my primary insurance. She answered all of my questions and concerns with all the key information. If you go to the Rockville location ask for Ruth, she is wonderful and extremely dedicated to her work and service.
