I recently switched our car, house & business policies to Gerald at Town & Village Insurance. He did a great job at getting us more coverage than our last policies had at a better price than the old policies. So not only did we save $, we now have better coverage. On my initial quotes he highlighted some points and wrote explanations in the margins which was quite nice, instead of just sending over a computer generated quote. He always answers my emails and returns my calls very promptly which is a big plus!

Gerald is the best agent out there. I just switched my insurance on 5 rental properties from another agent. The other agent I could barely ever get him to respond to calls or emails. Gerald is very responsive, very fast to get back to me on any issues. And he is sure to take care of every little detail. He even cancelled my old policies for me. He is extremely knowledgable about the industry, and is creative in finding different solutions! I would give him an A+++ for customer service! So glad I switched.

If you are one of those people that shop around for insurance every year your shopping will end here because Gerald takes over and not only gets you cheaper insurance rates, but better coverage as well. Gerald, was excellent! I purchased a vehicle and needed proof of insurance before I could drive it off the lot. I have a DUI and poor credit history. Gerald got me a quote cheap, fast, and reliable. He was excellent to work with and I will recommend him to friends. Especially those who feel auto insurance may be tough for them to get.
