They have the worst customer service ever , I highly DO NOT recommend them , I had them for over 6 years and unfortunately my car was in a car accident in January 2017 and never in my life have I ever had such poor customer service , they are cheap for a reason , you know that saying you get what you pay for ... yeah they are the poster child of that .

Came in for an appointment and it was fast and easy. Ben our insurance claim appraiser was friendly and very clear and informative. Only took a few minutes tops and as soon as I found out he was in training I realize he was trained very well and efficient . Thank you for your help and assistance.
