YOU SAVED ME A 100$ A MONTH , YOU WERE SO HELPFUL IN ASSISTING ME WITH SWITCHING COMPANIES AND TAKING CARE OF MOST THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. SUCH A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE , FAST AND PROFESSIONAL AND I WAS MORE THAN COMFORTABLE TO HAND OVER ALL MY APPLICABLE INFORMATION FOR YOU TO START THE PROCESS. THAT NOT ALWAYS SO EASY TO DO , NOW A DAYS. ITS WAS A PLEASURE TO SIT DOWN AND MEET FACE TO FACE , PERSONAL INTERACTIONS ARE A PLUS!!!!! MY ONLY REGRET IS NOT DOING IT SOONER. I HAVE RECOMMENDED SEVERAL COLLEAGUES WHOM HAVE SINCE SWITCHED TO YOUR ORGANIZATION. I called and spoke with Kimi and told her of my situation with Geico. Geico keeps rasing my rates a couple dollars here and there and even charged me more because I got married. Kimi got back with me within the hour with a few options. She explained the benefits of each and told me everything I needed to know. She was able to almost cut my current rates in half and provide me with MORE coverage. From now on I will always use Kimi. Being an independent office they can shop all options and have no affiliations. I would recommend them to anyone looking for insurrance or who might be thinking they are paying too much.

All I have to do is send John and email and "boom," an answer arrives in minutes. I feel good, knowing that if I need help in a hurry, John is there.
