Funny, I use this post to respond to reviews written about our agency and somehow only my comments responding to others posting keeps getting deleted. Several of the posts are not now or never have been customers of our agency, so not sure how they can review us so negatively. Other are and sometimes there are 2 sides to every story. And other we have dropped the ball on helping a customer achieve the help they are looking for. Also, there is our agency and another insurance agency in Lowell with the same last name, very often we are confused for each other, but the 2 are not affiliated. We are more then happy to speak to anyone who has a issue the quality of our services or encounters with one of our staff.

Very slow and will not return my call or give me email address to send information to. Would highly recommend searching elsewhere if you are looking for a service geared towards its customers and their affiliates.
