Very helpful from the phone call to the office visit. They were not going to miss any chance to sell the auto policy. But very proffesional in the presentation and my options. All was exactly as told to me before my store visit. They sold me a few extra policy features but I saw the value in product and purchased them. My car was stolen 12/7/15 and dismantled. I have 5 other vehicles on the policy. My claims adjuster took over 1 week to go see the vehicle and drastically reduced the total damage. The VIN numbers have also been stripped off the vehicle and Geico cannot and have not provided me with proof that once the vehicle is replaced it will have a clear title. I have never had worse service.

Erik Hernandez, from the north Houston office, was rude and Pushy. I told him I was going to stay with the Insurance provider i purchased a week earlier and he responded, I quote "Then why were you looking for insurance quote in the first place?" His tone suggested like he was the one paying for it. Will i ever request a Geico quote? Never Again...

Have Geico going on 9 years and would never recommend them to anyone. Never had a claim or accident but insurance premiums continue to rise every 6 months by $60+. Check elsewhere and don’t get caught into their illegal practices of bait and switch
