I have a pretty interesting driving record and had to switch from Farmers after about 6 years with them. Although I loved my agent at Farmers, we both decided it was best if I got a lower rate elsewhere. Before making the switch, my Farmers agent went over everything with me to make sure I knew what I was getting into. He even commended Alex on his transparency once I told him all that Alex at PIN was offering me. This made me trust Alex and PIN, and the attention Alex gives to doing whatever he can to get you the lowest rate that works for you was a plus!

Tried to get a rate over the phone before i wanted to add to another policy. The lady on the phone was horrrrrible! kept putting in the wrong numbers for vin. then after 5 times of slowly repeating myself found out she kept putting in wrong number the whole time. the rate is just wayyyy crazy for a old truck should be like 40$ MAX oh no they wanted twice that. the service is horrible. rates suck. find a better company before you get screwed.
