I just attend via phone a saleswoman at this office and my life had been so badly treated me as a person, much less as a customer, is a grocera and lack of education this woman, terrible, nor good morning gives, or tells you your name, if you have a bad day better not go to work because with agents like her, I assure you that they will lose many customers, so Groceraa, formal education is learned from the house., ah and speaks Spanish, so I make this review in that language. But nevertheless it makes a matter of two minutes I called back and I met Jenny agent, especially a kindness well educated, with solid conociemto of his work, now if left pleased, should the above documented more than the activity performed and take examples others like Jenny, Thank you for your excellent service.

I was having hard time to purchase homeowners insurance through online Geico agent since they were trying to sell me what they want to sell. I decided to walk-in to this local Geico office and it was 180 degree different. Sales mgr Mrs. Cathy helped me to get what I wanted along with her experience, and also since she answered all my questions I had on homeowners insurance, I feel safe and comfortable because I know what exactly I am paying for. Even though I had to drive over 30 min to the office since there was no nearby office in my city, it worth the time I spent. So far per my experience, face to face meet work the best to purchase something you need to trust on such as insurance.

Wish I saw all these 1 star reviews before I decided to buy my policy thru them. Now it all makes sense why this horrible customer service and lies and wrong information...Cathy Maler (owner of the branch) sold me my policy and "forgot" to tell me what discounts I was getting and LOTS of important details that I am entitled to as an owner! Not a Place or people you would want to do business with.... Hopefully this review will protect folks from getting into issues like I did...

Great company to do business with. We had insurance with State Farm for many years and my husband was reluctant to make a change, until he saw how much money we could save. With a home and 2 cars, Geico offered us slightly better coverage, for $1800/year LESS that we were paying. Tom and Cathy are the owners and they and their staff are friendly and helpful - Great experience and I highly recommend Geico in Sugar Land.

BEWARE. They are very helpful at the beginning, but if you decide not to use them they are extremely rude. I was hung up on when I told the sales agent that I had decided to stay with my current auto insurance company....
