My wife & I recently purchased real estate in Florida. The local real estate agent gave us two insurance agencies to contact. I contacted the first and the person I spoke with was not very knowledgeable about the various products. I contacted Bill Kendrick of Insurance Company of Florida. Bill was very knowledgeable about the products. He walked us through the steps necessary to purchase insurance (property needed a couple of updates to bring it up to code). We had the upgrades completed and the policy was issued. The insurance Company of Florida was a few dollars higher than the other agency but great service is worth a few extra bucks. Try this agent first you will glad you did.

Jessica did more in 48hrs for my wife and I then another agency did in 2 weeks. We all know flood insurance for a gulf side home is not easy or cheap to obtain.. Jessica made it happen. As a veteran going through refinancing, our last step was obtaining "affordable" flood insurance. Charlie was excellent, professional, friendly, and thorough. I was house hunting for 3 or so months, and bombarded her with atleast 10 quotes. She happily gave me all of them. When we were crunched to close she came through like a champ, and was able to coordinate with the bank, title company, and realtors to make the closing happen on time. Without her coordination, we would have never closed on time. Wonderful person.
