Our family recently relocated to Tampa, FL, from Pittsburgh, PA. The insurance industry is extremely different here than what we were use to in Pittsburgh. After contacting agencies and being disappointed with the rates and options, we were referred to Nick at Cornerstone Insurance by our next door neighbors. The folks are Conerstone Insurance Inc. are extremely courteous, prompt, professional and knowledgeable. As a first time homeowner, the process could be a bit overwhelming. However, Conerstone Insurance Inc. made insuring our most valuable possession very simple while still providing great service. Had a fantastic experience getting homeowners insurance for our new home. Josh and his team do everything they can to get the best insurance at the best rates. Susan worked with me on the coverages to get the most for our money. If you have a solid home and disclose any prior claims or damage you will have no problems getting approved; and even if you do have issues with the chosen insurance company, Josh and his team are quick to do everything in their power to resolve. Without question, Cornerstone Insurance provides unsurpassed levels of excellence (in all aspects) to their customers. They are experts in their field, and work extremely hard to provide the best coverage for you. I have dealt with many other insurance brokers in the past, and previously felt they were all kind of the same....Not true! During the process of buying a new home, we obtained several insurance quotes. The quote we got from Mike at Cornerstone was not the lowest price but the additional benefits and added coverage amounts that were included with the policy Mike quoted made us chose to insure with Cornerstone. We also dealt with Cloee at Cornerstone, both she and Mike were very responsive and professional each time we had any occasion to speak with them, even when some of our questions seemed dumb to us, they never made us feel that way.

Our Citizens policy was due and we did not realize it. The day the policy was due, Pammie emailed us letting us know that she did not see that the invoice was paid. Because she emailed us, we were able to transfer funds to Citizens right then and not have our policy laps, which would have not been good.
