Mrs. Santos provided great assistance and she was not even my agent. My agent was busy and she offered to help. She helped me all the way through cancelling my policy due to moving out of state. She had to make other phone calls and called me back in a timely manner with answers. She was persistent and quick throughout the entire process. Most of all, she was patient and made me feel like I was important and also made me feel like I was in good hands due to her confidence over the phone. Alejandra, Catherine, Sherly, they speak to me like a friend and they are looking out for my best interest.
