Closed CU account, they still continued to pull payments on the loan I just finished paying off. Had to drive across town to close the account AGAIN and get my money back. Was told I needed to fill out a cancelation form with the exact same information they already had. What a joke. Good rates, impracticable policies.

Horrible customer service and rude! Slower than molasses! I came in today to simply make a deposit and it look over 40 mins to do so! Avoid at all cost! I ended up closing my account and taking my money and time elsewhere! Good luck!

They do not do provided shared branch services and the wait time can exceed 1 hour or more. Do not go to this branch if you are not a member of this branch!
