The management & staff are so friendly & helpful and rates are great! I originally gave them 5 stars because the interest rates and staff are friendly but I now give them 1 star. Same encounters almost like when u get first in line they wait for call to come in and rotate them. I went from first to sixth to first second and third. I might close my account and go where I can get help on phone when needed
