My wife and I were in the process of buying a home so we were shopping around for insurance, and Dennie at State Fund was really helpful. State Fund offered the best coverage at a competitive rate. Dennie was there along the way to answer all of my questions - he was very responsive by always returning my calls or emailing me back in a timely manner. Not only did we choose State Fund for our home insurance, but we also decided to switch our auto insurance to State Fund because, once again, they offered the best coverage at a competitive rate with great customer service.

Jack Whelpley and his colleagues at State Fund Insurance are without exaggeration, the most customer-centric insurance company with whom we have ever collaborated. Over the last 16 years, they have insured five of our homes, more than ten cars, and have assisted with our insurance needs in other states. Through claims, questions, and quick action requests, they have always exceeded our expectations. And they have done it with grace and appreciation for our business. Moved to Boston from LA and did a quick google search on local insurance companies. Clicked, Called and was pleasantly surprised with the prompt service and pricing. Skeptical I did the same with a few more companies and discovered quickly that Statefund stood out from the rest. They had the paperwork emailed to me within the hour and I was up & running with no worries that day. They were prompt, professional and offered me the best pricing. Monica Glynn I have dealt with a lot of insurance agents who are great when selling you a policy. However, when it comes to solving problems, many agents are only average. Recently, I had many issues that required expediting problems between (2) insurance companies. Monica, gave me the best service I have ever received. She is professional, honest and sincere, constantly working my issues and keeping me informed. Monica is a breath of fresh air in a tough and complex industry.

I am only able to give one star at this point. Having only recently signed up, I have had nothing but problems already. Once I paid for the policy, I have been unable to reach the agent by phone. I was given the wrong quote 3 times. I received a notice of cancellation from my previous insurance agency. I just pray that I do not have to actually file a claim. I will pay a little more money next year for an agent that will answer the phone and I can speak to in person.
